Ygg

From some of the same members of Nokturnal Mortum and Khors comes Ygg, the reincarnation of a mighty creature from the distant past. There is an obvious Blazebirth Hall influence to their sound, what with their cloudy distortion, long songs, and hypnotic repetition. Their Nokturnal Mortum influence also shows up in the form of a strange stringed folk instrument. It's really hard to explain, but it sounds like it would be right at home in a movie about the Outback. I thought this album was pretty strange at first, but it gets better with every listen.

Here
