From the darkest jungles of Brazil comes the rampaging monster known as Cruor Cultum. After listening to what is so far their only release, Bloody Days on the Altar, I've had it in constant rotation. They play really furious Raw Black Metal with a touch of melody to give it some grandiosity and to keep things from getting boring. I thought this album was gonna suck based on the ridiculous cover art, but then the music kicked out all my teeth. Those Brazilians, man. Don't fuck with them.
